DMCA Policy — Age of History 2

At Age of History 2, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how we respond to copyright infringement notifications and how copyright owners can submit a claim.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification

3. Removal of Infringing Material
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly:

Notify the content provider or user responsible for posting the material.

Take appropriate steps as required under the DMCA.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material removed (or disabled) as a result of a DMCA notice was wrongly removed, you may send us a counter-notification including:

Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for your hosting provider’s location) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA process.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or block access for individuals who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
