3. Removal of Infringing Material

4. Counter-Notification

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA process.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or block access for individuals who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
